TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Items bought in quantities of 100+ may be assorted in finishes for quantity discounts.
  2. We require a minimum of $150 per order.
  3. All cast jewelry components are manufactured with high quality lead free pewter at our factory in Rhode Island, USA. In most cases the cast items on the website are priced in antique pewter and antique gold finishes. Please contact us regarding information of other plated finishes if required. Prices, minimum quantities, availability and lead times for these other finishes will differ accordingly. Custom made items are not returnable unless the problem is due to faulty craftsmanship.
  4. Minimum quantities on certain non-stock items may differ.
  5. Returns are not accepted unless faulty merchandise or incorrect items are shipped.
  6. Due to the volatility of currency and base metal prices, we reserve the right to price changes without prior notice.

  7. SHIPPING
    • Your order will ship with UPS unless otherwise advised. Rates depend on mode of transport, location and size and weight of package. The cost will include insurance and will be determined at time of shipment. It will appear as a separate entry on the invoice.
    • Generally, items available are shipped within 48 hours. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for backordered items. You may request that your order be shipped complete, in which case allow 3 - 4 weeks.
    • Shipments outside of North America
      • Our preferred carrier is Federal Express. You may request economy or expedited service for an additional fee. Further information as above applies.
  8. ORDERING
    • The fastest service is online ordering. However you may order by calling customer service toll free within USA at 888-PENDANT (736-3268) or 914-939-6833. Orders may also be faxed to 914-937-5884 or e-mail to orders@contempbeads.com.
  9. PAYMENT
    • We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal as well as COD shipments paid with certified check.

  10. Measurements are approximate and there could be slight variations. Sizes in the descriptions has the following layout: Item Number - Description (L x W x D; - Hole Size - ; Dimension) e.g. D205 - Mini Dragonfly Wings (13x4x3mm; -1-; 3D)
